Good News About Polk County Public Schools

Please be advised the Polk County School Board will meet in a work session, school board meeting and public hearing on the tentative budget and millage rates on Tuesday, July 31.

The work session will take place in the superintendent’s conference room located at the Polk County Public Schools District Office, 1915 South Floral Avenue, Bartow, FL 33830. The work session begins at 12:30 p.m.

After the work session, the school board meeting and the public hearing on the tentative budget and millage rates will take place in the School Board Auditorium at the Polk County Public Schools District Office.
The school board meeting begins at 5 p.m. The public hearing will take place during the school board meeting. 

The purpose of the work session, school board meeting and public hearing is to conduct school board business.
